While on a trip to Stockholm, Sweden Chef Elly learned the word lagom when ordering a coffee. Learning the word meant just the right amount or just enough, the meaning resinated with her.

 

Years later after travels to all seven continents, Chef Elly now calls the Quad Cities her home. She is a Chef at a farm to table restaurant where she was inspired to create seasoning blends that reflect her international lifestyle and global citizenship.
